Are you someone who can:

  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to guide and implement brand standards through brand submissions.
  • Ensure alignment of brand standards and creative excellence standards in all communications that effect the business and the business’s goals directly.
  • Drive brand standards and creative excellence across agencies
  • Educate stakeholders on brand guidelines
  • Implement brand strategies and oversee the brand in related capability strategies.
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of creative excellence capability.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in brand identity area of expertise.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service according to company standards.
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
  • Build approval processes to streamline and increase efficiencies of the brand identity approval system
  • Record keeping of approvals
  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  • Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant B Degree
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment,
