Are you someone who can:
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to guide and implement brand standards through brand submissions.
- Ensure alignment of brand standards and creative excellence standards in all communications that effect the business and the business’s goals directly.
- Drive brand standards and creative excellence across agencies
- Educate stakeholders on brand guidelines
- Implement brand strategies and oversee the brand in related capability strategies.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of creative excellence capability.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in brand identity area of expertise.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service according to company standards.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
- Build approval processes to streamline and increase efficiencies of the brand identity approval system
- Record keeping of approvals
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
- Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant B Degree
- Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment,
