Focus:
Collaborate with private sector partners to identify opportunities for women entrepreneurs and develop strategies to support their business growth. Design and implement programs and initiatives that provide women entrepreneurs with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their business development skills. Collaborate with private sector partners, government agencies, NGOs, and other organizations to create synergies and maximize impact in supporting women entrepreneurs in business development and access to finance. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of the programs and make recommendations for improvement.
The Business Development and Access to Finance Officer will play a critical role in supporting women entrepreneurs in addressing business development challenges and accessing financial resources through collaboration with the private sector. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives aimed at enhancing the business acumen and financial capabilities of women entrepreneurs.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional experience:
• 3 years proven experience in business development, access to finance, or entrepreneurship support programs, particularly focusing on women entrepreneurs.
