We are looking for an experienced and talented sound personnel to join our team. As a Sound Engineer, you will set up and operate sound equipment during live events to ensure the best acoustic result.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions and details from supervisors
• Set up and test sound equipment before events.
• Record, edit and mix audio tracks (instruments, vocals etc.)
• Enhance sound quality
• Play backing tracks and special effects during live events
• Collaborate with lighting, camera and the Resident DJ during events
• Create and maintain sound libraries
• Resolve technical sound issues when they arise
• Research new audio products and make suggestions for the company to purchase

Qualification Required & Experience

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree or HND in Sound Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience as a sound engineer
• Technical expertise in sound engineering techniques (e.g. equalization)
• Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles)
• Working knowledge of recording software and hardware
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent hearing and manual dexterity
