The skills and traits we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
- Located in Singapore.
- 5+ years of experience either as an operations manager, business development manager, or sales manager.
- Proven experience leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
- Deep understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and market development in the software industry. Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make sound business decisions.
- A good understanding of software development processes and technologies to communicate effectively with technical teams and clients.
- Advanced level of English fluency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for regional growth aligned with the company’s overall goals.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members across different cultures and time zones.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Developing and implementing regional growth strategies aligned with Scopic’s overall business goals and growth targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines
- Overseeing day-to-day regional operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Overseeing regional operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Working closely with other teams across the organization, such as product development and marketing
- Providing regular reports to company leadership on regional performance and progress.
- Managing regional budgets and financial resources to optimize profitability.
