Director GeneralThe East, Central, and Southern African Health Community (ECSA-HC) is hiring a Director General. This is a key leadership role based in Arusha, Tanzania, open to nationals of ECSA-HC member states.

Role Overview

• Lead and manage the organization.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets.
• Mobilize resources and maintain partnerships.

Requirements

• Medical Degree and a Masters in Medicine, Public Health, or MBA.
• 10+ years in health program management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
