RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Drive Nestlé’s recognition as the leading Nutrition Health and Wellness Company by its provision of affordable and accessible nutrition.

• Develop a deep understanding of business relevant NHW Nutrition, Health & Wellness (NHW) reality to help business uncover and select insights and opportunities for growth with purpose by translating science and public health data into meaningful market I&R and communication strategies as well as through nutrition landscaping activities as well as studies and research.
• Partner with brand builders to build strong brands with purpose – specifically to develop relevant, effective, nutrition health and wellness brand equity building actions to support sound business decisions and ensuring that all data are properly registered and updated in Globe/GREAT.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish Nestlé’s NHW leadership in the Market and beyond

• Contribute to win the hearts and minds of consumers and stakeholders:

• Improve employees NHW knowledge to ensure leadership in the roll-out of our NHW agenda and competitiveness in driving purchasing decision and nurture trust

• Actively participate & contribute to the B-NHW and Nutrition Network activities

• Report all market initiatives. Cross-fertilize experiences and best practices among peers.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? 

• Master’s degree  in Nutrition/Dietetics or life science field with nutrition specialization.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a nutritionist in Nutrition and Food technology.
• Experience in nutrition communication is an asset
• Experience in Advocacy or interaction with public Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Must be bilingual (English & French)
• Good communication skills (both written & oral)
• Working experience in nutrition and brands – innovation and renovation
• In-depth understanding of nutrition and driving nutrition and wellness through research, corporate programmes and consumer insight programmes.
• Consumer understanding in food manufacturing industry and Regulatory insights
• Knowledge in behavior change and communication in the food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in Compliance with Health and Nutrition Claims
