Experience: 5 years and above
Primary Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Agronomist to join our team in Arusha/Kilimanjaro/Tanga, Mwanza/Kagera/Kigoma and Mbeya/Njombe/Iringa team. The Senior Technical Agronomist will play a critical role in ensuring and provide assistance in exploring new areas and suggesting new marketplaces to introduce our products.
Candidate must be familiar with the mentioned location for smooth operation
- Explore new areas and suggest new market places to introduce and establish Jubaili products.
- Conduct farmers training and Product Launching sessions
- Conduct commercial and scalable scientific agricultural chemical trials with local and regional agricultural research organization to establish new information on the effectiveness of our products.
- Drive and consolidate quality agro chemical demonstrations results data conducted by the sales agronomist
- Package our products demonstration results into powerful agronomic marketing tools to support sales
- Develop products treatments and application protocol
- Prepare and follow up seeds’ demonstration plots.
- Achieve targets in distribution of new products to all existing customers
Selection Criteria: Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- 5 years and above experience in sales and agronomist field
- Strong knowledge of Agriculture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated experience in working with socially excluded communities and awareness of issues facing culturally diverse communities in regions such as East Africa.
