Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
• Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual and written content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create compelling graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance the visibility of our campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop appealing graphic content and illustrations that align with our brand identity and messaging.
2. Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Inspire Her’s goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
3. Community Engagement:
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and supportive online environment that encourages interaction and engagement.
4. Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, programs, and initiatives, such as the ‘My First Period Challenge.’
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members, including the Volunteers Coordinator, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers as needed to produce high-quality content.
6. Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and tools for tracking performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic photography skills and an eye for capturing visually appealing images.
• Passion for Inspire Her’s mission and a commitment to promoting menstrual equity and women’s empowerment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with digital marketing media and social media management
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
• Familiarity with topics related to menstrual health, women’s empowerment, and community development.
• Video editing skills and experience with platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
