Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Jubilee Feeds in Thika. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our animal feed products, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in the agricultural or feed industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
