- The employee is expected to market and sell Gardaworld services to various potential clients
- Be part of a team that is proactive in chasing potential sales lead
- Maintain a constant record of all pipe-line clients and make follow ups with clients
- Work with the rest of the team to coordinate movements and sales plans

- Acting as the liaison officer between customers, and company sales, technical and operational staff.
- Promoting all company products through increasing emphasis on new sales of innovative security solutions(electronic and manned security)
- Confirming appointments, quotations, and service orders
- Booking installations, service and survey visits to client’s premises by operations and technical staff.
- Analyzing feedback from any client communications and customer retention.
- Customer relationships maintenance by keeping in touch with customers and reporting any complaints raised to the relevant office
- Explaining to the clients the correct security measures that should be put in place to protect their property.
- Operating and keeping the company sales database up to date
- Posting of daily alarm service records sheets
- Keeping track of the sales from initial sale to closing of the sale
- Ensuring that new clients pay Pre-service fee deposit to the company.
- Liaising with Stores officer to facilitate timely delivery of installation materials from our suppliers.
- Assisting in debt collection by contacting clients within the Sales executive remit and ensuring payments are made on time
- Keep up to date on trends, market practice and promotional trends
- Ensure to reach out to potential client leads through cold calling
- Provide reports on a weekly basis on sales done to the Sales and Marketing Lead
Any other leads as may be prescribed by Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
A Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Administration
Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Three to Five years of sales and marketing experience with at least 3 verifiable references
