The Operator – Loader 993/994 will be responsible for carrying out all duties associated with Loading operations in mining department. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Loading materials into the haul trucks.
- Ensure Loads are property balanced and secured to prevent accidents
- Operate the Loader in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the machine to identify any damage or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with other employees and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure the equipment is kept clean in all its interior and exterior components.
- Report all defects on the machine to the maintenance and mine dispatch section.
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Must be certified to operate the Loaders 993/994
- Must have sound Knowledge of safe working procedures and mine operations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Certificate of service from any recognized organization will be an added advantage
