We are seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our talented team. As the driving force behind our engineering department, you’ll spearhead the technical vision of our no-code platform and ensure that we deliver robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
• Provide strategic technical leadership and direction, ensuring that our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and innovative.
Lead and grow our cross-functional team of software developers, product managers, designers, and QA.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Product Development
Drive the technical design and architecture of the platform.
• Ensure best practices for the product lifecycle from planning through deployment and maintenance

Innovation and Improvement
Stay ahead of the curve, researching emerging trends and technologies in the no-code/low-code space.
Propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance the platform.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that solve their problems.
• Present engineering updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and the board.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience leading and scaling engineering teams, with a proven track record of driving complex, high- performance software projects.
Deep technical experience with the MERN stack or (comparable modern stack), and building large-scale web applications

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision- making skills.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross- functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively both technical and non-technical stakeholders
