• Coordinate travel and accommodations.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Manage allocation and furnishing of offices and residential accommodation.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of factory premises and offices.
  • Prepare work orders for approval for facility repairs.
  • Follow up with procurement for the supply of office welfare items, including refreshments and toiletries.
  • Ensure effective provision of communication facilities for workers by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Prepare service purchase requests for monthly payments to service contractors.
  • Conduct annual evaluations, as well as pre-contract renewal activities for vendors.
  • Assist in the shared services function of the administrative/shared services unit.
  • Update the list of contract staff.
  • Review and process labor contractor bills.
  • Monitor activities in the staff canteen.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Liaise with estate supervisors to meet daily needs in the estates.
  • Manage material management for plant and estate maintenance and renovation.
  • Promptly report all complaints.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • ·B.Sc./ HND Business Administration/Management/Humanities, Law etc, with 2 or 5 years’ experience
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
