Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and systems for the company
  2. Design and conduct surveys, assessments, and evaluations to measure impact and effectiveness, both for reporting and planning purposes
  3. Develop tools used to collect, analyze, and interpret data on our products and services on the ground
  4. Prepare reports as needed and present findings to relevant stakeholders
  5. Identify areas for improvement and make data-based recommendations for corrective actions to optimize performance
  6. Collaborate with project and operations teams to integrate M&E into project design and implementation

Requirements:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field
b. At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. Experience in the renewable energy or agriculture sector will be considered an advantage
c. Proven expertise in development of data collection tools, analysis and interpretation, with experience using data visualization tools
d. Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in multiple languages
e. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
f. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
