Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve sales goals and performance indicators
Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships
Provide detailed information on the company’s energy products and solutions to meet customer needs
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide market feedback and sales strategy suggestions
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide professional after-sales service
Prepare sales reports, track sales progress, and report to the Sales Manager
Qualifications and Experience
Job Requirements:
College or bachelor’s degree or above, marketing, business management, engineering or related majors are preferred
At least 1 year of sales or business development experience, energy industry experience is preferred
Good sales skills and customer relationship management skills, able to achieve sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with customers at all levels
Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel frequently within the region
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (may need flexible arrangement according to customer needs)
