We are seeking a BPO Expert who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company’s Business Process Outsourcing operations
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily BPO activities, ensuring compliance with client expectations and SLAs.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing issues and gathering feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency and cost-saving measures. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the BPO team.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated on BPO tools and implement new technologies.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in BPO operations with leadership experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in BPO tools, process improvement, leadership, and client management.
- Other: Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours if needed.
