The IT Manager will oversee and the planning, implementation and management of ENPC’s information technology (IT) operations, systems and infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance productivity and support business objectives.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor IT performance, evaluate system efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage IT projects, budgets and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations as well as industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, include hiring, training and performance management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes and procedures.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and present reports on IT performance, project status and other key metrics to senior management.
- Develop, coordinate and control the company’s IT policies, procedures and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information systems or
equivalent - 10 years of professional experience in IT of which 5 years must be in a management role
