The IT Manager will oversee and the planning, implementation and management of ENPC’s information technology (IT) operations, systems and infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance productivity and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Monitor IT performance, evaluate system efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage IT projects, budgets and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations as well as industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, include hiring, training and performance management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance, project status and other key metrics to senior management.
• Develop, coordinate and control the company’s IT policies, procedures and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information systems or
  equivalent
• 10 years of professional experience in IT of which 5 years must be in a management role
