Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to
(i)teach undergraduate and graduate level courses;
(ii) teach educational leadership and management courses;
(iii) Supervise undergraduate and graduate students’ research projects;
(iv) participate in all academic and professional activities of the department including research;
(v) carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department.
Requirements: Applicants should have:
(i) a PhD in Educational Leadership and Management or related area;
(ii) Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management or related area;
(iii) Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management or related area
(iv) Show evidence of engagement in research.
The following will be added advantages:
(i) Teaching experience at a University or comparable institution;
(ii) Evidence of governance and social engagement will be added advantages.
N.B. Applicants with a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management or a related area with a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management or related field with at least 2(i) CGPA of at least 3.6 or equivalent may be considered under special circumstances
