- To handle the Maintenance & Trouble Shooting in Mechanical/electrical side of Boiler & auxillaries.
- Co-ordinate with electrical team for the regular trouble shooting of Boiler & auxiliaries.
- Rigorously follow the preventive maintenance schedule for Boiler on regular basis & keep all records certified by Boiler Engineer
- Able to compile data and write reports regarding breakdowns, root cause analysis (RCA), key performance indices (KPI)
- Ensure the maintenance of steam traps, strainers, condensate recovery tanks & pumps
- Ensure no safety incidents happen in his area of work, follow LOTO for any maintenance jobs & work permits.
- Daily capturing of steam generation, water consumption, fuel consumption, steam to fuel ratio & other boiler parameters.
- Analyse the daily variations in the readings & discuss with Mechanical manager
- Propose improvements on equipment uptime and based on daily observations
- Keep history on equipment daily readings & activity records.
- Take part in new projects execution related to Boiler & steam distribution system

- Ensure other staff and parties work conform with all safety rules
Requirements
- Good organizer and communicator, should be able to collect data and make reports
- 3 – 5 years maintenance planning experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Good technical insight and able to trouble shoot
- Team player

- Hands on experience in various process equipment and Utility
- Computer skill required
- Able to efficiently perform internet searches and research
- Able to read and interpret vendors manuals and drawings
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with the personnel, contractors, vendors OEM suppliers and management.
