To provide technical support to ChildFund staff, partners and communities in the appraisal, planning, design, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of ChildFund supported education programs. This will ensure that all education related programs conform to the CSP guidelines and outcomes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(MAIN DUTIES)
Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding policy and procedures, and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Child Safeguarding Policy.
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in education and related field is required.
Post-graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge in teaching methodologies and Early Childhood Learning (ECE) programming is added advantage.
At least five years work experience in project design and evaluation, networking, formulation and development sector specific policy direction, resource mobilisation, documentation and replication of best practice, establishment and implementation of standards of accountability, effectiveness and efficiency in the sector, and coordination of capacity building at relevant levels is required.
