- To design, implement and maintain reporting structures with which the finance department can support both the business and the client.
- To effectively manage the finances of the group’s holding company.
Responsibilities
- Holistically understand the business.
- Further develop and document the financial control environment.
- Responsible for group wide reporting, including timelines, format and consolidation.
- Responsible for maintenance and tailoring of finance software.
- The management of Group audit and budgeting/forecasting.
- Financial management of 1 legal entity.
- Staff management of 4 team members
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) with 5 years of post-article experience.
- Experience in a reporting role is advantageous.
- Lending industry experience is not required.
- Flexibility for occasional travel.
- Passion for Africa and willingness to work in the developing world context
- Minimum Education Level
- Honours Degree | Postgraduate Diploma
