Provides HR support and advise to internal clients based on a deep understanding of client needs.
- Analyses HR data and provides recommendations for HR interventions and improvements that will enhance people performance.
- Supports HRBPs in the implementation of organisational development, effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives when required.
- Supports the implementation of change initiatives when required.
- Implements people plan initiatives and HR processes in your respective client areas.
- Delivers with discipline the HR Calendar in client areas according to agreed timelines.
- Contracts with clients for delivery over a period of 3 months to 1 year.
- Adheres to HR controls and protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management).
- Honours Degree (Advantageous).
- 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Experience within the financial services industry will be advantageous.
Basic Skills:
MS Office Proficiency:
- MS Word: For report writing and documentation.
- MS Excel: For managing data, performing calculations, and generating reports.
- MS PowerPoint: For creating presentations and supporting organizational communication.
- MS Outlook: Managing communications via email and scheduling meetings.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for interaction with internal clients and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve HR-related issues effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
Data Analysis: Capable of analyzing HR data and making recommendations for performance enhancements.
Time Management: Delivering the HC calendar according to agreed timelines.
