To perform the overall operations within the Butchery Department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the Store.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide speedy and effective service to customers as required by operations.
• Continuously gain knowledge of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of displays.
• Place correct price stickers on products as per set standards.
• Check the price change register to confirm whether prices have changed.
• Assist with the preparation and timely presentation of all specialties, displaying them attractively.
• Prepare for stocktake.
• Maintain housekeeping and food safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• 2 Year experience in a customer service and/or retail environment.
