Coca-Cola Beverages Africa requires the services of a Quality Technician, reporting to the Quality Assurance Technologist. The Quality Technician will ensure that water used in the bottling process and syrup Manufacturing meets the quality requirements.

Perform a systemic role to ensure that the bottling process at water treatment, Packaging and Syrup room meets the CCBA product quality requirements •Provide support with quality Coaching and root cause analysis knowledge• Facilitate the Incoming Inspection process on all Raw materials and Auxiliary Packaging Materials •Maintenance of the Quality system and ensure CCBA and TCCC standards are met •Regular Data review, with interest in recorded data trends• Inputting all records on infinity and other relevant system where required • Facilitate the Sensory Program and ensure that its executed as per KO and internal requirements including training of panelists. Good Manufacturing Practices monitoring• Monitor Cleaning and Sanitation processes•Adhere to record keeping as per ISO Standards• Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental standards as well as KORE requirements (The Company’s health, safety, environment, and quality system). |
REQUIREMENTS
Honors degree in Food Technology /Food Science or Microbiology or Chemistry • National Diploma in Food Technology or Chemistry or Equivalent • National Vocational Certificate in Water Care (Water management) • Minimum 2 years in food processing plant specifically conducting tests in water treatment plant, Syrup room, bottling industry plant• Ability to work constructively within a team •Performs and facilitates execution of administrative activities.
