Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for Retail clients.
• Understand the clients’ business models, financial needs, and market strategies to provide relevant and timely financial solutions.
Advise clients on banking product.
• Provide insights on financial trends, regulatory environments, and geopolitical risks that may impact the client’s business.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the bank’s presence with retail clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new retail clients and expand relationships with existing ones.
• Evaluate the financial performance and creditworthiness of retail corporations.
• Prepare credit proposals, conduct risk assessments, and recommend appropriate credit structures
• Manage the client portfolio, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of credit quality and minimizing risk.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other global regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain proper documentation for cross-border transactions and client onboarding, adhering to both local and international legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, compliance, and operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure the client’s banking experience is seamless across different regions and business units.
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 Credit or above, mandatory in Mathematics and English and any other three subjects.
• Degree in Business or a relevant field or professional qualification from a recognized university.
• Relevant banking qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum Seven (7) years’ work experience, with atleast three 3(years) Relationship Management expierence
