- A bachelor’s degree in education, statistics, social sciences, international development, or related field.
- With a minimum of two [2] years professional experience in education research, statistics, social sciences, international development, in education research, with previous experience in Ghana an asset.
- Experience in quantitative and mixed-methods research.
- Proficiency in data cleaning, data quality assurance, and analysis including through statistical packages such as Stata/R.
- Experience in using digitized data collection tools such as Kobo ToolBox.
- Demonstrated skills in managing field data collection in education programmes.
- Strong verbal communication/teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to work well as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication/teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to work well as part of a geographically dispersed team.
