Requirements
- A bachelors, masters and PhD degree in engineering, computer science or related field
- An excellent academic track record as evidenced by bachelors, masters and PhD study transcripts.
- PhD received no earlier than 2021.
- Stellar publication record in respected peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
- Evidence of contributions to the wider African AI and machine learning community
- The position shall be for two years.
Responsibility
This will be a full time position with the researcher expected to work 40 hours per week. In addition to their independent research, the postdoctoral researcher will:
- Supervise junior researchers
- Undertake administrative duties such as project management
- Publish research in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings
- Any other duty that may be assigned by a senior officer.
