Overall responsibility for the Auto & Robot/QCX, implementation of instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies with company policies and procedures to ensure optimal plant availability for production
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Review Automation & Robot/QCX instrumentation equipment’s maintenance projections and schedules.
- Ensure that equipment preventive maintenance programs implemented as per agreed schedule.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the programs, maintenance reworks and makes recommendations.
- Enforce standards and safe work procedures for the Automation & Robot/QCX and ensure regulations relating to the instrumentation department met at all times in Automation & Robot/QCX.
- Provide training development and leader ship to Automation & Robot/QCX instrumentation personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Instrument/Electronics & Communication Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years demonstrated operating experience in maintenance practices, one years of which must in management position.
- In-depth knowledge of Automation & Robot/QCX, operation and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Latest Automation system operation and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Robot-lab/QCX operation and maintenance.
- Siemens Simatic manager step-7 PLC service
- Siemens Simatic manager step-7 PLC programming
- Field communication and networking (Profibus, Ethernet, Fiber optics and FF)
- HMI (WINCC, WINCCFLEX, & FCS ECS)
- Basic Computer knowledge in MS Word (Power point, word & Excel) and MS project.
