We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to spearhead our Tanzanian market launch. This role is integral to establishing our presence, achieving ambitious sales targets, and contributing to the group’s growth in East Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales objectives: Develop, implement and coordinate the entire sales strategy in order to achieve Company’s financial and growth objectives. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Market Expansion: Follow the market for expansion opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovative sales channels.
Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor market trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the regional and group-level leadership to align goals and share best practices.
Team Development: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, client services or account management role, preferably within the microfinance.
Strong understanding of local market, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
Demonstrated success in launching new markets or products.
Leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
