• Provide regular inventory reports
• Posting of clearing charges invoices for container shipments
• Sharing cost and charges for shipment that came in partials and taking provision for relevant charges before debit notes is receive.
• Confirmation of all posted charges before invoicing the shipment.
• Allocation of all shipment charges meant to be allocated @ invoice level
• Calculation of demurrage charges and taking provision for additional demurrage not debited by the shipping line as at time of costing.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
