- Provide regular inventory reports
- Posting of clearing charges invoices for container shipments
- Sharing cost and charges for shipment that came in partials and taking provision for relevant charges before debit notes is receive.
- Confirmation of all posted charges before invoicing the shipment.
- Allocation of all shipment charges meant to be allocated @ invoice level
- Calculation of demurrage charges and taking provision for additional demurrage not debited by the shipping line as at time of costing.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
