Reporting to the Chapter Lead- Fraud Investigations, the role holder will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management and analysis. 

  • Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from various sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

Reporting. 

  • Develop and maintain detailed regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management or stakeholders.
  • Create reporting templates for statutory reporting e.g CBK, BARC ETC.
  • Can identify opportunities in collaboration with Stakeholders to minimize manual handshakes of data and reports.
  • Ability to design practical automated solutions.

Data visualization 

  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards that facilitate data exploration.

Customer Obsession 

  • Deepen team connection to our customers and communities.
  • Foster authentic relationships with customers and partners that build trust.
  • Explicitly take customer-centric decisions and take personal ownership to achieve results.
  • Simplify processes through digitization and promote a digital mindset and digital first customer experience.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytic and reporting.
  • Propose enhancements to existing reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytic or a related field.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
