Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, the role holder will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and revenue growth of Value-Added Services (VAS) by identifying market needs, managing partnerships, and delivering customer-centric solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the VAS business strategy to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative VAS offerings.
  • Develop, launch, and manage VAS products and services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of services.
  • Drive revenue and profitability of VAS services by developing monetization strategies and optimizing pricing models.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and negotiate with third-party vendors and partners for content, technology, and service delivery.
  • Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through innovative and user-friendly VAS solutions.
  • Ensure all VAS products and services comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the VAS team to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial product management, VAS, telecommunications, digital services, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in product development, revenue management, and partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of VAS ecosystems, mobile technologies, and digital content platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Innovative, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
