Sokoni Africa Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient inventory management, and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the overall performance of the store.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance profitability
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock replenishment
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales figures and make data-driven decisions
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and retail management systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
