Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: 

• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
• Administer the health and safety Programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure they are aware of training schedules, materials, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessment results, and certification.
• Ensure that all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, visitors, and employees.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Health and Safety or equivalent
• Accredited TEVETA Trainer & Assessor
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Health and Safety training role, preferably in the Mining Industry
• Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
• Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Clean Class B or C manual Driver’s licence
