Profile
Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountability, Audit or any diploma related to the position (required) 5 year-minimum experience as administrative & finance officer in international development sector (required) 3 year-minimum experience as administrative & finance manager (required)
Proven experience in multicultural team management (required)
Experience managing large sized grants for a recognised international donor, ideally AFD (required)
Previous experience in Sierra Leone/English speaking’s West African countries ( highly appreciated)
Fluency in English both written and spoken; Advanced knowledge of French both written and spoken (required) Excellent command of Excel and classic IT tools (Word, Power Point) (required)
Knowledge of the rules of the main public donors (AFD, EuropeAid, WorldBank) (appreciated)
Good knowledge of accounting and management of accounting software (appreciated)
Legal and HR knowledge(appreciated)
