Job description

  • Develop and implement activation strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth.
  • Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, including events, roadshows, in-store promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of activation activities with overall business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution of activation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on activation performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative activations.
  • Develop and manage budgets for activation projects, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Train and oversee field activation teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Coordinate post-activation evaluations to measure impact, gather feedback, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Promote a consumer-first approach within the activation team, ensuring all activities deliver value and positive experiences to customers.
  • Essential qualifications, experience, and skills:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in brand activation, event management, or experiential marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industries.
      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple activations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
      • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, external partners, and consumers.
      • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing unique consumer experiences.
      • Strong analytical skills to interpret activation data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
      • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools; experience with CRM or event management software is a plus.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within set timelines and resources.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with diverse teams.
      • Prior experience working with field teams and managing on-ground activation logistics is highly preferred.
