Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Management:
Actively seek and engage potential clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Present Buildnet Uganda’s condominium offerings to clients, including property details, features, pricing, and financing options.
Develop tailored sales proposals for clients and lead them through the buying process, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Close deals by facilitating negotiations and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Monitor and follow up on client inquiries, providing updates and ensuring timely responses to maintain interest and drive conversions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
Provide clients with relevant market insights, industry trends, and investment opportunities related to condominium purchases.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams (e.g., legal, construction, and finance) to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Offer assistance with the selection of ideal units based on client needs and preferences.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the real estate and construction industry.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth and potential clients.
Regularly assess and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings to stay competitive in the market.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Continuously improve knowledge of Buildnet Uganda’s condominiums, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely updates on project status, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Offer guidance on financing options, project timelines, and legal requirements to clients.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
