Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and continuously improve supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance;
- Monitor and analyze supplier Net promoters Score to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance supplier relationships;
- Conduct regular supplier Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for collaboration and cost savings;
- Ensure compliance with supply chain governance standards, including conducting audits, managing risks, and reviewing cybersecurity measures;
- Identify opportunities for supply chain automation and lead initiatives to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs;
- Coordinate procurement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the procurement team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
- Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to coordinate and manage the procurement budget effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field;
- Proven leadership experience in supply chain operations, ideally with a focus on strategic influence;
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions;
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at various levels;
- Experience in conducting supplier performance evaluations, QBRs, and implementing supplier relationship management strategies;
- Familiarity with supply chain governance, compliance, and risk management practices;
- Proficiency in supply chain automation tools and technologies;
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
