• The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the Bank’s Digital Sales.
Digital Sales Manager will drive and expand the digital needs of a customer, target new
customer segments, and grow your customer base beyond geographical limitations
• Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to drive sales growth.
• Coordinate and integrate of the Banks platform with the IT function for acquisition
of customers.
• Manage a team of digital sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure
maximum performance.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits and adjust budgets as needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing efforts.
• Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are
on board.
• Manage and Administer Alternate Delivery Channel (Digital Banking) of the Bank
i.e. Mobile banking, Internet Banking, Payment Gateways, ATM etc.
• Market for products which include ATM, POS, KIOSK, Fast Track Internet Banking,
Mobile Banking, Electronic Payment and any other Digital Financial Services under
purview.
• Align and develop digital sales vision and strategy in line with business strategy.
• Ensure & monitor all operational & backward processes of all delivery channels
including all sorts of dispute Management.
• Assess the training requirements of the branch heads and RMs and ensure they
receive adequate and relevant training
Carry out regular review of Bank IT systems and analysis of financial data to provide
early warning signs needed for further investigations
• Perform revenue assurance engagements regularly highlighting areas of weakness
and making recommendations for correction of anomalies noted.
• Review of daily system generated reports to ensure data integrity and reperform
computations using ACL to ensure accuracy of data.
• Participate in the planning of auditable areas including risk assessment and drawing
up of audit programs to identify areas of great concern and focus of audit resources.
• Conduct audits either individually or as part of a team so as to give assurance as to
the effectiveness of controls and other risk mitigating measures.
• Write reports on the work done and make the necessary recommendations for
improving controls and operational efficiency.
• Manage the audit files to ensure that audit findings are well supported.
• Conduct special tasks including investigating as will be assigned from time to time
to achieve specified objectives.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of statutory / BOU returns.
• Timely preparations of a comprehensive audit plan of assigned areas.
• Systematic and organized audit working papers.
• Organized execution of audits.
• High quality of working papers and reports of audit findings.
• Timely submission of verified statutory returns to BOU.
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 with five credits including English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or a related business
field.
• Poses certifications: Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC),
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other related certifications.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Audit, IT Audit, or IT Risk Management
