The Direct Sales Agents are responsible for finding prospective customers and closing
the sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation – Proactively identify and prospect potential Retail customers through
various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, online marketing, and
community engagement.
• Sales – Present the Retail products, clearly articulating its features, benefits, and
terms. Effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Cross Selling: Thorough knowledge of the Bank products and services in order to
cross sell the same and leverage on other products and services that customers are
availing.
• Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain strong customer
relationships to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Product Knowledge – Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Retail product, including
interest rates, loan terms, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Sales Targets – Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
established by Indo Zambia Bank.
• Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
deal progress. Provide regular reports to the Retail Manager.
