To contribute towards the human resource function in the University such as recruitment and
placement, report and minute writing, performance management, employment contract
management, interpretation of conditions of service and labour laws.
Qualifications and experience required:
i. Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (05) Credits that must include
English Language and Mathematics
ii. Must have an earned Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management or Public
Administration from a reputable and accredited University with at least a Credit
iii. Possession of a Master’s degree in either Human Resource Management or Public
Administration from a reputable and accredited University will be an added advantage
iv. Must have a minimum of two (2) years post qualifying experience
v. Must have functional computer literacy skills
vi. Must have wide experience in Performance Management and employment contract
Management
vii. Must be conversant with the Zambian labour laws
ix. Must be good interpersonal and managerial skills
x. Must be a fully paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
with a valid practicing license
