The Marketing Officer will be required to develop and execute marketing strategies in
order to enhance the University’s visibility and by so doing, attract prospective students
and promote academic programmes and services. The job holder will also be expected
to manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinate events and maintain
stakeholder relationships with view to strengthen the University’s brand and
reputation.

Qualifications and experience required:
i. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
ii. A Master’s degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
iii. Must have functional computer literacy skills
iv. Must have demonstrated experience in public relations
v. Must have proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector
vi. Must have strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding
strategies
vii. Must have excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills
viii. Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team
