Job description

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Design tools for the collection of qualitative and quantitative data and ensure data systematization and analysis.

Contribute in the writing of regular reports, analyzing the implementation of the MHPSS activities as required by the mission and donors

COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION WITH OTHER ACTORS

Ensure close collaboration with the coordination and technical team when applicable in the field and headquarters.

Coordinate and collaborate with public and private actors and with the international network of MDM, which intervene in the same sectoral and/or geographical areas.

Participate in the mechanisms of Development/humanitarian coordination within the scope of its competences, and if necessary, represent Médicos del Mundo towards institutions, organizations and media.

Participate and be part of the International Network.

Minimum requirements

Required qualifications

Compulsory: Graduated in Psychology. Complementary training in clinical work is an asset (accredited courses, masters in clinical psychology).

Desirable: Training in gender and gender-based violence

Requirements

Language requirements: C1 English level is mandatory. Spanish desirable.

Computer requirements: Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office and internet.

Experience

Working experience in MHPSS in Development/humanitarian contexts and INGOs for minimum 2 years, is a request

Experience in the integration of MHPSS in SRH, GBV and/or Nutrition is desirable

Experience in team management, coordination and advocacy are strong assets.

Knowledge of the context of Sierra Leona is a strong asset. Experience managing staff.

Capacity to work and coordinate with others and within a team.
