Eden is looking to hire a Nutrition Coordinator to work as part of our Food Production Team.
The Nutrition Coordinator will lead new and exciting projects & initiatives for our Food Products, lead exciting nutrition initiatives that influence customer education, build meal plans for varying health conditions, perform nutrients analysis and generate nutritional facts labels that meet regulatory requirements, support recipe standardisation and manage the recipe & nutrition database.

Job Responsibilities
Extensive data entry for initial recipe assessment and final recipe assessments after menus are approved.
Provide support during recipe development and standardization.
Recipe documentation.
Validation of raw and cooked weights.
Own and ensure regulatory compliance around all Nutrition initiatives and activities.
Collaborate with various teams including but not limited to product research & development, quality assurance, procurement, brand and marketing, and product.
Support & lead new and exciting projects & initiatives for our Food Products.
Own recipe & nutrition database management and improvements.
Be a voice for health and nutrition within Eden, and Eden’s customer ecosystem.

Experience
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Nutrition Science or a related field.
You have a basic understanding of Nutrition Principles.
You have a good knowledge of Nutrients/Calorie Calculations.
You know how to use Food Composition Tables/Databases.
1 – 2 years of experience within Nutrition Science or related field.
It’s an advantage to have a nutrition community you are growing or leading, or actively involved in the nutrition space .
