To manage and drive the execution of sourcing, in partnership with the relevant stakeholders, enabling effective supplier and contract management. To implement and oversee the measurement and evaluation of the supplier base, within allocated category, with the goal of minimising costs and optimising benefit while ensuring suppliers are sourced in line with Preferential Procurement targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
Experience Required
- A proven track record in procurement ,contracting and must have with strong negotiation skills.
- An ability to effectively communicate & engage with multiple and varied senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge & understanding procurement procedures & methodologies
- Must have good strong planning and analytical skills
- 5 – 10 years experience in Sourcing/Procurement of IT Software (Not Negotiable)
- Must have strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in cost analysis and management
- Experience with corporate procurement implementation & track record of having worked in complex organizations.
