” And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Rom 12:2
The word transformed there means to be transfigured, changed or metarmophosed . God wants you changed and he tells us how. The reason why I read a lot of books is I continually want my mind renewed. I don’t want to be programmed wrongly concerning any subject, and one thing I know is YOU CANNOT FUNCTION EXCELLENTLY BY YIELDING TO MEDIOCRE THOUGHTS. I read the most excellent thoughts, I have a bible, I have books from E.W Kenyon, Kenneth E Hagin, Oral Roberts, Chris Oyakhilome, A.A Allen, F.F Bosworth, John G Lake , Benson Idahosa, and many others. The thoughts from these authors are life changing and the reason I have given their names out is for you to also dig into their materials. Instead of watching football but living a terrible life, give yourself to change by digesting information which has ability to change you.
The reason you are where you are is largely because of how you think. If you want a change your life, start with your mind. For example, BELIEVE IN READING. If you don’t like reading you are set for the down life. Don’t read stupid books or newspapers, get the right thoughts into you. The word of God is for living, in other words after this message I expect you to begin a new culture of reading. If there is no new culture then this message has not benefited you an inch. Being in the group where these devotionals get into your phone does not change you, it’s when the message in the devotional enters you that you are changed. Psalms 119:130 says ” The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.” When God’s word enter you, you are guaranteed of positive transformation. You will not remain defeated. Suffering in life is proof of word deficiency. I know many people would rather blame God or someone else, God has given us power to change things for our advantage so it’s all up to us.
You want your business to change? Get new thoughts and a new culture of operating. You can’t live a new life with old thoughts. You can’t live a life of the wise when you have foolish ideas. When I find wise men I want to hear them speak. I attend their meetings and get to build wise thoughts into me. Be inspired, and follow after wisdom as I do.
