The name of Jesus makes the lame to walk. It can open blind eyes, unstop deaf ears, and make the poor become rich. There is no divination on enchantment against a man or woman who knows to stand in the name of Jesus. It is sad that many people who claim to be saved seem not to believe in the power of the name of Jesus to put them over in life. Some end up looking for anointing water and oil, and some even seek the help of witchdoctors to help them win over spiritual forces. It’s one of the most tragic things i have seen in those who claim to be Christians. Many dont seem to believe in what they have. It’s stupid to believe that the name of Jesus can take you to heaven but cannot heal your cancer. If the name of Jesus cannot open blind eyes then it may not be able to take a man to heaven which is greater; but thanks be unto God, there are infinite possibilities in the name of Jesus.
The first thing I learnt in my walk of faith is that the LORD JESUS is superior to Satan and that his name is mightier than weapons of war. There is absolute safety in his name. His name is not only a place to hide, but it’s a weapon against the enemy. In the New Testament, we have no need to be hiding from the enemy. We have the power to subdue devils. Mark 16:17-18 says ” And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” The one who believes can do all the above in the name of the LORD JESUS. When you have believed and known the name of the LORD, no devil will ever intimidate you. A devil once walked into my room in the night, i kept sleeping without any fear or panic , i didn’t even rebuke him. The devil went out on his own. I had learned how Smith Wigglesworth handled devils, and i did what he did, and wow, it worked. Faith, in the name of Jesus, generates a forcefield that repels devils. If, for example, your child ceases to breathe and the Doctor pronounces him dead, dont act like one who doesn’t know God. Keep the faith, use the name of Jesus, and rebuke death. Learn to do this with small situations. When bigger challenges show up , you will be ready.
Diabetis cannot kill you, you instead will use the name of Jesus to kill it. HIV will die. You will live. This is what the name of Jesus can do for you. It can open doors for you, it can break walls for you, it can get you a house, pay your bills and attract favor for you. People who don’t know you will even help you. When you learn to stand in the name of Jesus, you will not know defeat ever again because you can even turn negative things to work for your good.
