We DO NOT live under the Old Testament (OT), neither do we live under BOTH testaments, we only live in The New Testament (NT). The OT was established upon the blood of bulls and goats, but the NT is established upon the blood of Jesus Christ. This is the superiority of the NT.1 Peter 1:18-19 says ” Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:” Our salvation did not come cheap, it was purchased by the very blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God. Apostle Paul wrote the opening scripture by revelation. I looked up the accounts in Matthew, Mark and Luke and they do not mention the part where Apostle Paul said ” this is my body WHICH IS BROKEN FOR YOU” This is something striking that the Holy Spirit revealed to the Apostle. Thanks be unto God, his body was broken so that we may not be broken.
There are people who believe in sacrificing money or property so that they can experience what they call covering. They say their enemies are sacrificing beasts to spirits in the village for their fall, so they should sacrifice something in order to counter those forces. Such ideas are born out of ignorance. If the blood of Jesus is not enough to deal with whatever curse, then Christianity is a failure. Nomatter how many witches offer sacrifices against you. They all come to nought simply because the blood of Jesus was sacrificed for you, that blood speaks better things for you. No one should scare you about those who did blood sacrifices against you. There is blood sacrifice, which is FOR YOU, and that is the blood of the son of God. It is an insult to God to say you believe in Jesus Christ but still be afraid of witchcraft. It is proof of unbelief. Brothers and sisters, we belong to God, and we are above all devils. Numbers 23:23 says ” Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!” If this was true for Israel which was of a testament born out of the blood of bulls and goats, what more for you who is of the testament born out of the blood of Jesus Christ. DON’T UNDERESTIMATE WHAT THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST CAN DO There is no blood in all the world that can take away sins, only the blood of Jesus can.
Remember, Jesus did not just die for nothing. He died for you to walk on freedom. Refuse to be oppressed of the devil, have confidence in what Christ Jesus has done, shake off everything that is not of God from your life. Don’t go around seeking deliverance as though Christ Jesus never died for you. Believe in what Jesus has done and walk in freedom. It doesn’t matter that witches used to haunt you every night, but it ends today. Stand in confidence in what Jesus has done FOR YOU!
