Under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Division Head:
- Sells the company’s products to overseas buyers.
- Presents the company’s products to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, business forums and platforms.
- Analyzes market dynamics and customers need to offer solutions and integrate the company’s products.
- Follow up the delivery of orders with the warehouse, operations teams, shipping agencies and forwarders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the market development plan for the products for the defined regions.
- Communicates with external potential customers and clients to support and grow sales volume.
- Provides leadership and guidance to customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
- Work with international brokers who attend international trade shows and meetings.
- Investigates new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
- Negotiates and monitors export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions.
Keeps knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labeling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.
Job Requirements
Education: BA degree in Marketing or Business Management
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in export works and sales works in business organizations
