Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Children Supervision:
•Monitor and ensure the safety of children within the park.
•Engage in play activities and assist with the organization of games.
2.Customer Assistance:
•Interact with parents and guardians in a friendly and helpful manner, demonstrating excellent customer care.
•Provide clear information about park activities, rules, and upcoming events in fluent English.
3.Activity Support:
•Assist in setting up and organizing various activities for children.
•Collaborate with the Kids Park Manager to ensure a seamless execution of planned events.
4.Cleanliness and Maintenance:
•Maintain cleanliness and order within the park area.
•Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly.
5.Team Collaboration:
•Work closely with other park attendants and coordinators, fostering effective communication in English.
•Utilize basic computer skills for tasks such as attendance tracking and communication.
6.Emergency Response:
•Follow established safety protocols in case of emergencies, communicating effectively in English.
•Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
7.Positive Customer Interaction:
•Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors by offering assistance and a friendly demeanor, emphasizing excellent customer care.
•Gather feedback from parents and guardians in a professional manner to improve the overall park experience.
8.Additional Tasks:
•Undertake other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Kids Park Manager.
•Flexibility to contribute to special projects and events within the park.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Certification in Childcare or a related field is a plus .
•Previous experience working with children in a recreational setting.
•Excellent English language skills.
•Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.
•Basic computer skills.
